2. Platform Overview

3. Account Creation & Conduct

Users must be properly registered and eligible to enter into contracts.
Prohibited activities include:
- Circumventing payment systems;
- Recording, downloading, or sharing any content without permission;
- Harassing, abusive, or disruptive behavior;
- Soliciting users for private business outside the platform;

4. Class Scheduling & Participation

Classes are offered at levels/topics set by Talk 4 Impact.

Users are entitled to switch to another session or receive notes/material for the rescheduled class.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are generally non‑refundable, except when:
- Class is canceled by instructor/platform;

Users cover any payment processing or currency exchange fees.
No refunds for personal issues (e.g. lost credentials or internet).

6. Subscriptions & Promotions

Subscriptions provide access to group/private sessions per plan details.
Free trials may be offered; after trial, users are charged unless they cancel.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, branding, and content are owned by Talk 4 Impact.
Users may only use content for personal educational purposes.

8. Data & Privacy
