The Job Isn’t Me

The Job Isn’t Me

Business - B2-C1 | Advance Level

Description

For many in Gen Z, a job isn’t an identity, it’s a tool for survival and personal freedom. This session explores how the younger generation is reshaping work culture with firmer boundaries, higher expectations for flexibility, and a refusal to sacrifice mental health for a paycheck.

Together, we’ll:
- Compare Gen Z's work values with previous generations
- Discuss the shift from hustle culture to boundary-setting
- Explore the effects of remote work on motivation and connection
- Reflect on how job satisfaction, mental health, and identity relate today

This session will challenge old norms, invite honesty, and help us better understand how different generations approach productivity, loyalty, and stress.
