By the end of this session, students will:Talk about how they use their phones daily.Imagine and describe how their routines would change without a phone.Practise using conditionals and routine expressions.Share opinions about the pros and cons of living “unplugged.”

Session Activities

Question 1: What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

Question 2: How many hours a day do you think you use your phone?

Question 3: What do you mostly use your phone for? (Messages, social media, work, etc.)

Question 1: How would your morning routine change if you didn’t have your phone?

Question 2: What would you do instead of checking your phone in the morning?

Question 3: How would you communicate with friends or family without your phone?

Question 4: What activities would you do more often if you didn’t have a phone?

Question 5: Would your work or study habits change? How?

Question 6: How would you feel if you lost your phone for a week?

Question 7: Would not having a phone make you more relaxed or more stressed? Why?

Question 8: Do you think people should try having “no phone days”? Why or why not?
