In this lesson, you will improve your speaking fluency by discussing bad habits, sharing your opinions, and interacting with your peers. You will practice using relevant vocabulary, express personal experiences, and explore strategies for breaking bad habits. At the end of the lesson, I (tutor) will correct any mistakes to help you improve your accuracy.
What you will learn:
Vocabulary related to bad habits: You’ll learn words and phrases such as nail-biting, cue-behavior-reward loop, dopamine, habit reversal, and environmental triggers.
How to express opinions and give reasons: You’ll practice using phrases such as in my opinion, I believe, it seems to me etc
How to discuss strategies for breaking bad habits: You’ll talk about methods such as changing routines, creating obstacles, or replacing bad habits with healthier ones.
Improving speaking fluency: You’ll focus on speaking continuously, using full sentences, and engaging in interactive discussions with classmates.
Error correction: At the end of the lesson, I (tutor) will highlight and correct any common mistakes to help you improve your speaking accuracy.
