Losing a job or being between jobs can feel scary but it’s also a moment to reset, reflect, and restart. In this session, we’ll talk openly (and positively!) about unemployment: what it feels like, how we cope with it, and what we can learn during that time.

We’ll explore:
- How to talk about unemployment confidently
- Common emotions people experience during job transitions
- Useful expressions for job-seeking and networking
- Personal stories, advice, and encouragement from each other

This session will be supportive, uplifting, and full of honest conversation. No pressure, just space to talk, relate, and share.
