Will AI take our jobs, or will it make us more productive? In today’s business world, AI is changing the way we work; some see it as a threat, while others see it as an opportunity.

In this Business English session, we’ll explore:
- How AI is reshaping the workplace
- The difference between AI replacing jobs vs. AI enhancing jobs
- What professionals can do to stay ahead in an AI-driven world
- How companies can use AI to increase productivity

By the end of the lesson, you’ll gain a competitive edge by understanding how to work with AI instead of against it!

Session Activities

Question 1: Activity: AI vs. Human

Question 2: Before entering today's session you must do one of the following (according to your field):

Question 3: Write an email, create a (simple) design, answer customer service inquiries. Please, bring proof of your work without refining it with AI.

Question 4: During class, you must decide whether a human or AI is better for each task and explain why.

Question 1: What industries do you think will be most affected by AI?

Question 2: What are some tasks AI can do better than humans? What are some things AI can’t replace?

Question 3: How can workers adapt and stay competitive in an AI-driven job market?

Question 4: Some say AI will increase productivity while others say it will increase inequality. What do you think?

Question 5: If you could develop an AI tool for your job, what would it do?

Question 6: AI requires human input and creativity to work efficiently. Do you think AI can ever truly work without us?

Question 7: Would you rather work for a company that embraces AI or one that avoids it? Why?

Question 8: AI is changing hiring and recruitment. Do you trust an AI to evaluate job candidates fairly?
