Imagination Works Differently for Everyone

Imagination Works Differently for Everyone

Conversation - B1-B2 | Intermediate Level

Description

Have you ever tried to imagine an apple and actually see it in your mind? What if someone told you they can’t see anything at all, not even shapes or colors?

In this class, we’ll explore the concept of aphantasia, a fascinating condition where people cannot visualize images in their mind’s eye. Some people see vivid movies, others only feel ideas and some experience both voice and visuals, or none.

In this session, we will:
- Discuss different ways people imagine, think, and remember
- Reflect on how imagination affects creativity, memory, and learning
- Share our own unique inner worlds, in visuals, sounds, or feelings

This will be a curious, engaging, and open conversation where we’ll realize that no mind works the same and that’s something worth talking about!
