Negotiating a salary can feel intimidating, but it’s also one of the most powerful skills to learn in your professional journey. In this session, we’ll explore how to confidently talk about your worth, when to bring up salary in the hiring process, and why research and preparation are key.

In this session, we'll:
- Look at strategies from experts and real-life examples.
- Role-play negotiation conversations in English to build confidence.
- Discuss cultural differences that may affect how salary is negotiated.

This will be a practical, honest conversation that will give you tools to walk into your next interview with clarity and courage.
