Description
In this session, we will talk about unforgettable events — special moments in our lives that we always remember. These events can be happy, exciting, surprising, or even a little sad, but they are all important to us. Examples of unforgettable events might be a birthday party, a wedding, the first day at school, a trip to another country, meeting a famous person, or achieving something important.
The goal of this conversation is to help you practice speaking English while sharing personal stories. You will have the chance to learn and use vocabulary related to events, feelings, and memories. Words like celebrate, surprise, travel, family, friends, smile, proud, and excited will help you express your ideas. We will also practice simple sentence structures, such as:
“I remember when…”
“It was the first time I…”
“I felt very…”
First, we will start with some quick questions to think about different types of unforgettable events. Then, you will work in pairs or small groups to share your own stories. You can describe what happened, who was there, how you felt, and why it was unforgettable for you.
Don’t worry if you don’t remember many words — we will help each other and use pictures or gestures when needed. The focus is on communication, not perfection.
By the end of the session, you will feel more confident talking about past experiences in English. You will also learn how to listen carefully to others and ask simple follow-up questions like, “When did it happen?” or “Who was with you?”
This will be a fun and friendly opportunity to connect with others, practice English, and share moments that matter to you.
